Well, we have rebuilt the entire interior and kitchen of Fig Tree, re-envisioned the menu, and completely re-designed our patio terrace overlooking the Riverwalk. Our executive chef Luis Colón has brought to life an awe-inspiring locally sourced french inspired menu, an ode to his time spent  learning under world renowned chefs and michelin star restaurants all over the US. Our new version of Fig Tree brings everything you loved about the previous restaurant in a far more enjoyable and elegant experience.
